Reiki is an energy healing technique in which the practitioner channels energy through touch or

distance healing to trigger the participant's body's innate healing pathways and restore

physical and emotional health.

 

Vocal toning healing involves the use of specific tones and sometimes vowel sounds in the purpose of healing and relaxation.

 

Reiki toning is a way of directing the Reiki energy through vocal tones. KC Chesne has incorporated vowel sounds and music that are associated with certain chakras to create a unique Reiki toning session. 

 

These are some of vowel sounds that might be used in a session:

CROWN CHAKRA: EEE as in “me”

BROW/THIRD EYE CHAKRA: AAA* as in “say”

THROAT CHAKRA: EYE as in “my”

HEART CHAKRA: AH as in “saw”

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA: OH as in “no”

SACRAL CHAKRA: OOO as in “you”

ROOT CHAKRA: UH as in “up”

KC also uses Tibetan singing bowls in a Reiki Toning session.

KC offers distance Reiki toning sessions as well as in-person sessions at some Farmer's Market locations. KC provides a 15-minute Reiki toning session for $30 that gives an introduction to a chakra balancing session and a 35-minute full chakra balancing session for $60.
